although defined as administrative, such liability is, in fact, criminal in nature.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2018, POLOMARCONI.IT has adopted the so-called \u201c231 Model\u201d (Organizational and Management Model, or \u201cMOG\u201d), which outlines \u2014 also through a set of internal corporate procedures \u2014 how to ensure the prevention of crimes for which the company could be held liable, in the course of carrying out work-related tasks and duties.<\/p>\n<p>The 231 Model therefore serves as a safeguard tool for the company, demonstrating its commitment to the protection of employees and helping to avoid potential repercussions in the event of legal disputes.<\/p>\n<p>The adoption of a 231 Model also requires the appointment of a Supervisory Body (\u201cOdV\u201d), whose role is to monitor the effectiveness of the Model and ensure its proper implementation.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][\/qode_elements_holder_item][\/qode_elements_holder][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;
