Model 231
Legislative Decree 231/2001 introduced the principle whereby companies can be held liable for the commission of certain crimes; although defined as administrative, such liability is, in fact, criminal in nature.
Since 2018, POLOMARCONI.IT has adopted the so-called “231 Model” (Organizational and Management Model, or “MOG”), which outlines — also through a set of internal corporate procedures — how to ensure the prevention of crimes for which the company could be held liable, in the course of carrying out work-related tasks and duties.
The 231 Model therefore serves as a safeguard tool for the company, demonstrating its commitment to the protection of employees and helping to avoid potential repercussions in the event of legal disputes.
The adoption of a 231 Model also requires the appointment of a Supervisory Body (“OdV”), whose role is to monitor the effectiveness of the Model and ensure its proper implementation.
With the aim of ensuring the highest standards of integrity and transparency in the conduct of its business activities, POLOMARCONI.IT has adopted a Code of Ethics. This document sets out the values and principles of conduct that must inspire and guide the behavior of the company, its directors, managers, and employees in the performance of their respective roles and responsibilities, as well as in their interactions with all parties who engage with our company.

In 2022, POLOMARCONI.IT was awarded the Legality Rating by the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) with a score of *, which was renewed in April 2024.
Whistleblowing
POLOMARCONI.IT complies with the obligations set out in Legislative Decree 24/2023 by establishing, through a dedicated procedure, a whistleblowing management system (channels, procedures, resources), and by ensuring that whistleblowers are granted the protections provided by law and by the procedure itself — both in terms of confidentiality and protection against retaliation.
