Switch high power & high commutation speed

COAXIAL REFLECTIVE SWITCH 6 WAYS Band C and 7 WAYS Band X

In this project concerning a new radar by one of the main customers in the field of defence, we have been involved in the development and supply of these two models of Switches:

• 6 Ways C Band, High Power, High Speed Switch (20W CW, 150ns)
• 7 Ways X Band, High Power, High Speed Switch (20W CW, 150ns)

The challenge was to design completely ITAR FREE and END USER FREE products that had to guarantee high peak power levels in extreme environmental operating conditions. The result, attested by many qualification tests to which the products have been subjected, was achieved successfully and in a short time.
