DSB internet on board system

POLOMARCONI.IT, the leading company for train antennas and his Danish business partner, were awarded the DSB tender for passenger Wi-Fi solutions in rolling stock, supplying the complete antennas’ farm composed by different types of on-board multiband antennas.

The challenge was to offer a high-performance antenna for 4G network.

As all the other antennas for on-board application, this antenna contains our safety & security patent, to protect the train drivers and cab radio from a possible electrical high voltage shock in case of breakdown of catenary 25 kV.
